It is generally accepted that forged sliding gates should be rectangular. In this design, it is more convenient to install the upper guide rollers. But, the gate should be both beautiful and comfortable. Therefore, the shape of the gate should not affect the type of opening. We have combined the beauty of swing gates and the convenience of sliding gates. For this, a design was developed with decorative plates and an angle of 63x63mm, along which the guide rollers move.

The second moment in the sliding gate is the weight of the gate itself. Heavy weight is bad. Automation breaks down quickly. The beams are also designed for a certain weight (up to 700 kg). There are also reinforced beams, but their cost is much higher.

With our technology for forging pipes 20x20 and 15x15, we are investing in the norm. Also, the pipe is more voluminous per square of the same weight. This is an additional plus to the beauty of our gate. Agree that saving in weight even by 30% is significant.

You may have already noticed the texture of our forged elements (veins). We borrowed this method of texture from the old European masters. We liked the result so much that since 2005, we have been making all our products with such a vein. Only before we pierced a square, and now a pipe. The patina is also great on this texture.

We "sew up" the gate with a sheet of 1.5 mm thick. Cover the joints of the sheets on the back with a 40x4mm strip.

Before creating our catalog, we conducted a survey. People were asked to rate the gate with points from 1 to 10. Only, not just by its beauty, but by which of the options they would have ordered for themselves. 50 gates participated in the survey. There were, like our previous ones, and pictures from the Internet.
